Meeting Room facilities

Provided that they are available and that the activities are not opposed to the character of NIHA, the institute makes its rooms available to others for meetings, exhibitions, (film)presentations, receptions or workshops.

If requested NIHA can provide for a lunch as well.

NIHA has the following rooms available:

• A large central room in the basement with over 100 m2 useful floor surface, beamer and projection screen. In the large central room we can place a maximum of approximately 150 chairs or a few full size tables suitable for meetings. The large room has an entrance to our garden which has a few places to sit as well.
• A few smaller meeting rooms for groups up to approximately 12 persons. (In case these rooms are used as classrooms, the capacity is approximately 20 persons).

The following factors play a role:

• the nature of the organization concerned and the nature of the activity;
• the way in which this activity is financed;
• the question whether or not the activity entails extra working hours for the NIHA-staff;
• the extent to which NIHA itself is involved in the organization of the activity.
