Facilities

Our building is located at Gaziosmanpaşa Koza Sokak No:111 (south-east of the city) where some of the Embassy and International Institutions are located. Among our neighbours there are the Mongolian, Israel and Vietnameese Embassies and the residential area Kırkkonaklar.

NIHA-building covers a total surface of 1.700 m2 which is functioning sufficiently at the moment.  Besides there are wheelchair access ramps in the ground and  disabled toilet facilities in the ground and first floors.

On the ground floor together with the secretariat, guest waiting room, kitchen and offices, there located;

A communication room for Dutch Higher Education instructors/students VOIP-contacts’;

A consulting-room with PR-material for Turkish students who intend to go to the Netherlands;

“Netherlands Alumni Association of Turkey” (NAATR) Ankara branch office.

On the first floor there is a recreation room where our guests rest, relax and watch TV besides the library.

On the second floor there are two apartments where our Director and Deputy Director reside.

NIHA has 8 private parking places in front of the building and a back garden of around 50 m2.

There is a multi-purpose hall of 150m2 for seminars, meetings, lectures, presentations, conferences, exhibitions and film showings at the basement floor.

Besides the house of our janitor Muammer Sönmezcan and his family, there located the boiler room and the storage on this floor.
