Train concept

In collaboration with the Turkish Railways, NIHA offers an open train concept, in reference to the upcoming celebration of the 400 years between the Netherlands and Turkey. Universities, schools, enterprises, associations, NGO’s, government agencies, etc. are more than welcome to plan an inspirational journey along the breathtaking thousands of kilometres  Turkish railway track. Reassamble your trip as it suits to you, for example stop-overs, dinners, business meetings, as a sight-seeing trip or just as a replacement of a hotel etc. NİHA wıll make it possible and will take care of your itinerary. We will set up the programme: from the catering in the train to the setting of the conference carriage.

Variants

We offer different variants with according price levels. The price level depends on the time spent inside or outside the train and the luxury of the hotels, outside the train. In this document you can read more. This will give you an idea of the possibilities but if you have other ideas, feel free to discuss your wishes with us. 	Conference carriage Hold conferences and business meetings while you are on the move. Facilities available: audio, beamer, screen, places for 27 persons at the table and 21 comfortable chairs beside.
Sleeping carriage Sleeping carriage available for 2 or 4 persons. In 2 persons carriage there is a sink and fridge. Shower is available in the train.
	Restaurant carriage 55 places, a kitchen and storage. Own catering (maybe also NL-TR internship project with hotel & tourism schools)
Possible arrangements with TCDD • Special trains or part of normal trains • Special routes • Stop-overs at any railway-station • Use of railway-station facilities • Possibly being part of the ‘Hürriyet’-train that travels across Turkey for one month in May 2012
	Arrangements outside the train We can organise: • Cultural and touristic trips • Accommodation • Dinner in special places • Reporting of your conference/workshop/meeting
